There is no rest period between movements in this video so follow along with Marty from the beginning. The first time you do this workout, you may wish to use the first round as a practice to learn what you need to do.

This is a slow paced workout, focussing on building your core strength and making you feel relaxed by teaching you breathe more effectively and be more aware of your own body.

This routine is at the end of each of our workout videos anyway but we often advise clients to go through a stretchroutine daily, even if they're not exercising. Proper stretching is important for preventing and improving injuries.
